What is processed
Depending on your cookie choice: technical data needed to serve the site (and language preference stored locally); and, if you accept analytics, usage data via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (for example pages viewed, approximate location derived by Google, device/browser info, and a client identifier). Form emails you send go through your mail app to hello@anna-zheltova.com.
Cookies & consent
Analytics cookies load only after you click “Accept analytics”. If you reject, GTM/GA4 are not loaded. You can change your mind anytime via “Cookies” in the footer. Consent is stored in your browser (localStorage).
Legal basis
Essential/local preferences: legitimate interest in running the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention
Consent choice stays until you clear site data or update it. Google Analytics retention follows the property settings in Google Analytics (and Google’s policies).
Your rights
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@anna-zheltova.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Processors
Hosting provider; Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) when analytics are accepted. Content you edit in the private admin area is stored on the hosting account and is not part of public visitor analytics.
